I am a dual trained nurse in mental health and public health, having worked for several different NHS Trusts over the last 20 years.
I have been practising a variety of yoga styles with meditation for over 25 years.
Approximately 10 years ago I became really interested in mindfulness meditation and its emotional health benefits.
I'm currently studying for a masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, whilst also qualifying as a yoga teacher last year.
