These silent half-day workshops are open to graduands on an 8-week MBCT course.

This slower-paced one hour movement class combines mindfulness meditation practice with Hatha yoga exercise,
shown to benefit both emotional and physical health & wellbeing.
Please bring your own mat, water and blanket.
Suitable for 16+yrs. Beginners welcome!
